Anas Aremeyaw Anas, private investigator extraordinaire; has been taking some strong body shots in recent times by a comrade in the business, Martin Amidu.
And somewhat surprisingly, Yvonne Nelson has decided to wade into the battle involving these two behemoths.
The actress strongly disagrees with Martin Amiduโs attempts to sully the work of Anas. She asserted on twitter that rather than attempting to sully his name, we should be encouraging him.
She also said if we had ten people like him, this country would be in a far better state.
Amidu is a former Attorney General and Minister of Justice and a well known anti-corruption crusader. He fought tooth and nail to expose the shenanigans underpinning the Woyome deal and went to court to win the money back for Ghana- despite his own government being in power.
He has claimed that Anasโ work was financed by government, and that his Tiger Eye PI is a fraudulent company.
Anas for his part has denied any involvement with government- in this particular case.
Read what Yvonne Nelson wrote on twitter below… Is that a fair assessment? If Anas’ work is rooting out corruption, shouldn’t perceived corruption in his own house be investigated, rather than swept under the carpet?
If Ghana had 10 of him, we wouldn't be here…… Let's keep encouraging him…๐ช๐พ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ @anasglobal pic.twitter.com/A5cgdU2axz
