If you believe in these BS—then we have something interesting for you, from Prampram in the Greater Accra Region.

According to reports, a 20-year-old woman who disappeared from Prampram about three months ago emerged from the sea alive on Tuesday dawn—on the back of this, we say, there’s hope for Castro’s return then.

The Daily Graphic says: “Miss Akweley Duamoh, a fishmonger, is said to have emerged from the sea at Prampram at about 0400 hours on Tuesday, after the making of libation and performance of some rituals.

Osheku Wornor Nartey, the traditional priest of Oshekuwem of Lower Prampram, where Duamoh hails from, confirmed the phenomenon to the media and indicated that the woman disappeared at a time she was being prepared for initiation rites to become a traditional priestess.

According to him, the disappearance was not reported to the Police because after an intense search for her, the “gods informed them that she has been carried into the sea.”

Though this mystery attracted people from far and near to the family house to catch a glimpse of Duamoh, it’s clear something dodgy is going on here—why didn’t they report to the police when this woman went missing 3 months ago?

This is one of those myths told for the purpose of conscientizing people that these so called traditional priests have some special powers—from the gods and different spirits.
