During my recent visit to Ghana where I shockingly discovered how a shop is overtly selling fake designer products in Ghana’s well placed malls, I decided to pay a special visit to the much talked about-FASHION PLANET, owned by Ghanaian musician-Captain Planet of 4×4 fame.
I’ve known Captain Planet beyond this blog for many years and as such, I have accompanied him several times to luxurious high-end in London shops to buy many bags of designer stuffs for his Accra’s Spintex road based shop.
Therefore, before I even visited FASHION PLANET, I had no doubt the designer wears were authentic—from sneakers to perfumes.
But I still had to visit, to experience the ambience, the feel of the place—to be able to share my experience; considering the fact that I’ve had countless taste of luxury shopping in London, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Cannes and several of the top fashion cities of the world.

Chris, you are more than a fool if you think you good buddy, Captain Planet’s shop is anything different than the others in Ghana peddling these fake goods. Please use some common sense. How many people in Ghana (yes there are few) can afford these said merchandise if they weren’t fake? Please stop with your paid and selected propaganda and nonsense promoting such crap while at the same time dehumanizing others (who have not paid you off) doing the same thing.

dude has been paid to do publicity. i doubt if Chris has really been there cos if you had, you would definitely not have said anything about parking cos this shop as i chose to call it share a parking space with about five different shops meanwhile the parking space cannot even accommodate four cars.
