British musician of Ghanaian descent, Nana Richard Abiona popularly known as Fuse ODG, has hinted of an upcoming album—which will be unleashed in 2016.

The 27-year-old, who wanted to put his fans into suspense, did not reveal the exact date that the album will be ready—so fans  still have to wait for him to unveil the release date.

“Next album! I can’t give you the exact date but it’s definitely going to be out next year so you keep an eye out for it. Most of the album has been written on the road so it’s something I’m looking forward to,” he disclosed in interview.

This new album follows his debut album ‘T.I.N.A’, an acronym for “This Is NewAfrica”, which was released on November, 3, 2014.

The ‘Antenna’ hitmaker disclosed that he draws inspirations from the likes of Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, Wyclef Jean and Michael Jackson.

“I have always looked up to artists like Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, Wyclef Jean and Michael Jackson. Music is not just about the songs; it’s also about the message you put in it. And these guys did it the best.” he said.

He is the only Ghanaian musician who has reached the number one spot in the ITunes World Chart.
