John Dumelo Denies Meeting Nana Akuffo-Addo Last Year To Beg To Join His Campaign

John Dumelo and the political theatre that follows him is worthy of a novel by itself. He always has strong opinions slanting towards the NDC and has problems with those against the party, even his ‘friend’ Yvonne Nelson.
So it came as quite a shock when it emerged that he had allegedly approached Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo to campaign on his behalf, and that during the meeting he had called the President’s administration ‘corrupt and incompetent’.
A personal aide to Nana Addo made the revelations, after John Dumelo said on twitter that he sees only one man winning this year’s elections, and that man is not Nana Akuffo-Addo.
But John Dumelo has come out to deny any meeting of the sort took place. In a post on twitter, he denied meeting the NPP flagbearer anytime last year and said the last time they met was in 2012.
It looks like we have a ‘he said, she said’ situation on our hands. Who are you inclined to believe?
