Singer Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom just might be the new couple in showbiz, if some deductive work is applied to their recent public appearances.
The pair attended a party together at Robert Downey Jnr’s house on Saturday night. It was a birthday party for the Iron Man actor’s 4 year old son Exton. They were accompanied by Bloom’s own son, five year old Flynn.
The event, coupled with recent public sightings during the Golden Globes after party, and a dinner date earlier this week is leading several tabloids to draw the inevitable dating conclusion.
According to US Weekly, they are dating, although it is nothing serious, but a fun thing for now.
“She’s having fun with Orlando,” a source told the publication. “I don’t think she’s seeing this as long-term yet. It’s a fun hookup thing right now.”
Orlando Bloom split from wife Miranda Kerr in 2013, after being married for three years. His son Flynn is the product of that marriage. Katy Perry’s last romance was with fellow singer John Meyer.
