Gideon Aryeequaye, the former TV3 broadcaster who’s currently Director of the Ghana Tourism Development Company, was involved in an accident in the Central Region Monday Morning.
Aryeequaye was reportedly travelling to a seminar on Tourism organised by the Ministry of Tourism when the accident occurred at Gomoa Assin, near Apam Junction.
An articulated truck rammed into his Toyota, critically injuring both him and his driver. They are both at the St. Luke Hospital in Apam, receiving treatment for their injuries.
Gideon Aryeequaye worked for many years in broadcasting, before veering into politics in recent times. He currently heads the Ghana Tourism Development Company.
