Pope Francis Grants Special Power To Over 1,000 ‘Super Confessors’ To Forgive Serious Sins That Only He Can Pardon

The Pope addresses the so-called ‘super confessors’

The Roman Catholic church, the dinosaur institution that is trying to keep up with the times, has unleashed a group of priests into the world to forgive the gravest of sins.
Hitherto, only the Pope had the power to pardon such sins, but this is a sort of decentralisation measure sanctioned by Pope Francis himself.
The over 1,000 missionaries of mercy, dubbed ‘super confessors’- have been selected from all over the world, and would go back to carry out their duties in their respective region of the globe.
So what kind of sins are we talking about, that only the pope could pardon? Plotting to kill the pope is one, defiling the Eucharist (which is their fancy name for communion) is another, as well as violating confessional secrecy.
In the past, if you committed any of these and many other mega sins, you had to hope for a pardon from the Pope himself. Not anymore.
Abortion also used to be on the list, but Pope Francis took it off last year.
The initiative forms part of Jubilee celebrations for the Vatican, and is in the spirit of the holy theme for this year- which the Pope declared as ‘mercy’.
‘Super confessors’ Is this real life or ‘Legend of the Seeker?’
