One of Australia’s and the world’s black most successful international runway models-Ajak Deng announced yesterday to her fans that she has decided to end her modeling career because of ‘fakes and lies’ in the fashion industry.’
Ajak Deng, from Sudan, who fled to Australia as a refugee has modeled for a number of high profile designers including Dior, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Marc Jacobs, Chloe and Jean Paul Gaultier, and starred in campaigns for Topshop, Barneys, MAC and Levis.

PUT YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD.
I AM HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH THE FASHION INDUSTRY, I WILL BE MOVING BACK TO AUSTRALIA IN ORDER TO LIVE THE LIFE THAT I FULLY DESERVED. WHICH IS REAL LIFE.
