Today is the 29th of February, the rarest date in the Universe. It occurs just once every four years.
A lot of people do not know why we need to give February an extra date every four years. And for those who know, some do not even understand why.
Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson takes the time to explain how and why we get 29th February every four years- and as with anything Dr Tyson does, the explanation got too detailed.
Even for myself, who knew why the changes are made, I learned something else from this video that I had never heard anywhere.
Dr Tyson is just so eager when he’s transmitting knowledge. Imagine where Ghana would be if we had such science teachers, and people loved rather than loathed the subject.
