Braimah Kamoko, aka Bukom Banku, has come out to categorically deny reports he threatened to sue Joy Industries for failing to recompense him after his fight with Ayittey Powers.
In a short video posted online, the boxer said the reports where mischievous attempts to bring a rift between him and all the good people at Joy Dadi. Not exactly the phrasing he used, but that was his point.
Reports last week indicated that Banku was not happy with D-Black and Joy Dadi, and was planning to sue them for failing to honour their promises to him in relation to the Powers fight.
According to Bukom Banku, instead of the promised GHC1000,000, D-Black handed him just 25,000 GHS after the fight and up to date, the balance has not been paid.
Also, though the promised Range Rover has been given to him, a trip to South Africa which was part of the winning package has not yet been honoured.
