Suspended NPP founding member and former Chairman of the Ghana Football Association, Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, says if it were up to him, current Ghana coach Avram Grant would have long been fired.
The Israeli coach has been at loggerheads with his bosses at the FA for his cavalier attitude towards his job- he recently had to be ordered back into the country after spending too much time in Europe.

According to Nyaho Tamakloe, Grant’s posture towards the job is not the best, which means he should have been fired for it. But he argues that the Kwesi Nyantakyi and his cohorts at the FA are scared of the former Chelsea coach.
“Believe me if I was the Minister of Sports I would have fired that man.” an animated Tamakloe told Kafui Dey on GhOne.
“You were employed to work in a particular place and for three months you were out of that place, he should be fired.
“I don’t think he is a special man…Grant is not prepared to work and the FA is afraid of him I don’t know why,”
Avram Grant is back in the country at least, set to prepare the Black Stars for an upcoming cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique.
