Hiplife trio 4X4 are somehow still hopeful that highlife singer Castro might one day return to us.
The trio made the sentiment known during a performance at a pre-Easter bash last weekend.
After treating their fans to several of their greatest hits, Coded, one third of the trio, got on the mike to offer hope towards the return of the ‘Toffee’ hitmaker.
“We dedicate this song to our friend Castro. Wherever you are, we pray you come back,” he told the crowd.
Takoradi born mutli talented singer Theophilus Tagoe, known in the business as Castro, disappeared with a female friend, Janet Bandu, during a jet ski trip in the waters of Ada in July 2014. He was part of an entourage led by Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan,a close friend, who were on a getaway when the unfortunate happened. Neither of them have been heard from again, and no bodies have ever been found.
