When Romania take to the pitch against Spain Sunday evening, the players would be adorned in jersey numbers that have never been used before.
In an effort to promote math amongst kids in the country, their jerseys would have several mathematical calculations written at the backs, instead of the normal jersey numbers.
Football can often be used as a tool to foster development in other fields, and this unprecedented move by the Romanian side is just another one that is certainly admirable.
