For some unfathomable reason, inane, unnecessary blunders are becoming something of a norm from quarters who should know better, signalling a measure of carelessness that is symptomatic of the disarray this country is in.
Yesterday the official account of the President made a similar monumental blunder, and here we have the biggest telecommunication company in the country have also fallen foul.
A message sent out by MTN over their Mobile Money platform contains the simplest of mistakes.
These might seem like trivial mistakes, but for huge brands such as these it just comes off as careless, and accurately mirrors the service they give out to Ghanaians at large.
