CustomerDiscuss.Com is the latest initiative by the intrepid editor of this blog, Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri, to bring accountability and sanity to the corporate world in Ghana; who far too often delight in treading on their powerless though valuable customers, without any repercussions.
In its short span of existence, the website has already made its mark, with companies like Airtel Ghana and Eddy’s Pizza forced to respond directly after grievances aired by their customers on its platform.
It is a much needed initiative in a country like Ghana where the balance of power is far tilted towards companies, when customers are what actually make the companies.
