Shatta Wale has decided to cancel his planned show in Nima on Sallah day (today) after VVIP’s Prodigal expressed misgivings with his choice of venue.
Prodigal had earlier put up a post on Instagram saying F*ck Shatta Wale, claiming their annual Sallah show which showcases upcoming talents would be overshadowed by Shatta’s planned concert, thus denying the young artists the platform that was once handed to Shatta himself.
Pissed off himself, Shatta made a post Tuesday saying he would cancel the show to avoid such an unnecessary fight, even if he would have won.
“People are fighting for oil, gold,diamond and money to survive and you just have some myopic mind down somewhere fighting over a community show..If Nima be your own take and take do Jollof rice..I wont fight a stupid fight and even Win..” he said.
He later added that he’s letting go of the fight because of his election time peace campaign.
