Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan says he will “definitely play” for his favourite Ghanaian club Asante Kotoko before he hang up his boots.
Gyan, who claims to be 30, has never hidden his admiration for the Kumasi-based club—even while playing for Liberty Proffesional in Ghana, he openly declared his love for Kotoko.
“I will definitely play for Kotoko before hanging my boots. I love the Club. I have always been a Kotoko fun since my childhood days,” he said in an interview with Happy Fm.
“Even though I didn’t play for them during my time in Ghana I will definitely play for them before going on retirement.”
