The above photo of a goat seemingly chewing off President Mahama’s poster has been circulating online for some few days now—on the back of which people have made so many hilarious comments such as “goats even know better.”
Though this seems to be out of place or unusual, Ashanti regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi says he actually saw the goat chewing the poster.
He said: “I was in the Western Region to campaign for my party and I never saw this coming. It was very strange to me to see a goat chomping poster. I visited few houses in the municipality and it was during the visits that I saw a goat doing this for the first time.”
He added: “This is to warn electorates that domestic animals would not even be happy to go through another hardship under President Mahama. He shouldn’t be given another chance to rule. If you have a president who classifies himself as a dead goat, what should we expect? Live goats would attack him.”
