Britney Spears’ Album Cover For “Glory”

It’s Britney B***h baby! The princess of pop is back — better tell your faves to hide cos their wigs are definitely going to be snatched — rather effortlessly.
Britney Spears has announced a new album, titled “Glory”. The album, which is slated for August 26, 2016 — will be her 9th studio album in her illustrious career.
About two weeks ago, Britney unleashed the lead single “Make Me”. The performance of the G-Eazy-featured track has been very so-so, to say the least. It has so far peaked #17 on the Billboard Hot 100 — which is quite disappointing for a big artiste like Britney — who is known for dominating the charts easily.
International, the song fared worse — barely cracking the top 10 in UK, Australia, Germany, Italy and Ireland.
Rumours has it that because of it poor chart performance, Britney and her team have scrapped the shooting of “Make Me” video. And that also means they’ve cancelled the song as their first single — making it a mere promotional single.
Even though “Make Me” was a good track, we thought Spears could have brought out a stronger song for her hungry fans — who have waited for quite a long time for a jam. We hope she would go back to her pop roots and ditch urban sound as a whole for the next single. After following Britney for about 15 years, it crystal clear that her fans do not like R&B or urban songs. She did it with “Blackout” — and even though the album was great and critically acclaimed worldwide, it flopped massively — clearly because the fans hated the urban sound. I hope she doesn’t try that mistake with “Glory” too.
Despite the underwhelming performance of the lead single, we are still stoked for the album — praying it would be like “Circus” or “Femme Fatale”
