'Marriage Is Not An Achievement' – Nigerian Blogger Linda Ikeji Speaks On Being Under 'Intense Pressure' To Get Married

Nigerian super blogger Linda Ikeji says she is under “intense pressure” to get married.
According to 35-year-old, families and friends are constantly on her neck for her to get tied to someone — and that the pressure sometimes hits her so hard — making her sometimes feel like going to a “husband market” to find a husband.
“The pressure is so intense right now I feel like going to husband market — if there is any such thing — to buy myself some breathing space. Give me a break, you people,” she said while speaking on the subject, “Pressure To Marry Before 30” in a recent feature on Genevieve Magazine,
Linda added that even though the pressure is so intense, she is not in a rush to get hooked, as “there is much more to life than being someone’s wife”.
“Marriage is not an achievement,” said the millionaire blogger. “There is so much more to life than being someone’s wife”
