Nigerian singer Patoranking made history this week when his debut album, ‘God Over Everything’, charted on the Billboard Reggae charts, making him the first Nigerian artist to do so.
‘God Over Everything’ debuted at no.4 on the Reggae album charts, a feat never achieved by any of his compatriots.
The album only dropped on August 1, and charting on the global billboard chart places Patoranking in exalted company – Stephen Marley’s ‘Revelation Part II’ tops the chart.
