Obinim's Followers Besiege Nima Police Station Following Prophet's Arrest

Obinim
Hundreds of followers of the founder and leader of the International Godsway Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, massed up outside the Nima Police station Tuesday night following the arrest of the controversial prophet.
The Tema Police arrested the preacher when he turned up for questioning over the case of flogging two wards in church, later transferring him to the CID headquarters after fraud allegations also surfaced.
But over hundred followers gathered outside the Nima Police Station in the night to protest his arrest. The crowd kept growing as those present informed fellow church members to turn up.
Obinim’s arrest, along with those of junior pastors, has excited a populace used to the Man of God getting away with the most egregious actions, whilst his dedicated legion of followers are livid.
