In an intriguing turn of events that’s set to put T.B Joshua’s supposed prophetic powers to shame – followers of Angel Obinim are now claiming that the Bishop knew of his fraud arrest BEFORE it happened.
In a video circulating online, Obinim makes the prediction during a session of his OBTV, saying that some people are plotting against him to bring him down since his ministry is growing exponentially.
That’s the argument he has maintained till now.
In the video, purportedly recorded before his incarceration, the Bishop says some people are making a plot about him, concerning some gold which was reportedly brought to him for blessing, and which he kept and refused to return. He also said his detractors are planning to report him to the police for that.
For now one cannot definitively say when the video was recorded, although it has been up on Youtube since Wednesday. Obinim was arrested Tuesday.
The founder and leader of the IGWC has been accused of defrauding one Bismark Kusi to the tune of Ghc 11.6m – something Obinim maintains is untrue. He was released on bail of his own self recognisance Thursday, after spending two days in police custody.
