Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is back in Nigeria after leaving the country for a trip to Kenya, this time to meet with government officials and oversee a crucial day for young entrepreneurs.
The event dubbed ‘Aso Villa Demo Day’ is taking place in the Nigerian capital of Abuja at the President’s Aso Villa.
Zuckerberg touched down in Nigeria earlier this week for a series of town hall events to discuss entrepreneurship, but left soon after for Kenya. He’s now back in West Africa.
30 start-ups were initially selected, but they are now down to three – who would be pitching their business ideas to Muhammadu Buhari and Zuckerberg at the finals.
