Nigerian Ports Authority has banned jeans, mini skirts, tight dresses for staff and it looks like some other government agencies have or are planning to follow suit.
A lady said she went to the immigration office wearing a dress  curved just above her knee yesterday and she was refused entrance.
The dress in my opinion was not indecent in any way but they just had to frustrate her with such— see the dress and what she wrote after and take your stance.
