Perhaps I am the only who has suffered this fate or there are people like myself who for the devil’s sake were quite fortunate to pluck the rotten tooth from the lot before it took dominance of the entire mental formula.
I have always been brutal when it comes to how men carve deceit, nurture it till it becomes believable then serve them to unsuspecting women who are “sitting their somewhere” all in the name of love.
I have said on many platforms than can even be brought to record that ,the world would be a better place with less heartbreaks and intriguing pains if people would just be upfront about how they feel and be insistent on what they sought after in a relationship.
And I was made to understand that without coining “lies”, a young man who is looking forward to “Bie gya”— thus having a good time in the holiest of holiest of any sultry woman with her curves, twin towers and behind uniquely yet accurately placed would have to wait for all eternity and woe betides him if he is a virgin; dying one is written somewhere in his destiny hence the need to approach women in the only way they know how since time in generation have.
To some extent, I understood that though I didn’t accept the claim. Yes I understand that men have to go certain lengths before we women, most of us would have them a chance in our sweet pot.
Let’s be reasonable here, you cannot approach a typical Ghanaian lady with the ” I want to have sex with you syndrome” if you cherish your life.
All the gods in the Ashanti region combined with those at Volta and the Eastern region would be invoked and delightfully served you. You may not live long enough to tell your story.
We ladies, love to be sweet talked if possible with all the words Romeo ever used on Juliet( and do not blame us, it is one nice feeling) but funny enough we are almost always in the known that, those words are as empty as manifesto promises.
Our readiness in accepting and believing such emptiness has left me to believe that, women were just made that way.
Irrespective of that, I still believe there are better and more reasonable ways to deal with this approach.
You just do not have sex with the first person you meet, you initiate conversions, that is aimed at building some sort relationship,whether at the back of deceit or otherwise — so even before the eventual happens, one can still put their true intentions on the table.
One thing I have realised is most people out there are flaunting the cloak of regardless-ness and they seem to be in oblivion.
Once there is a proposal,with a couple of dates making it somewhat official people already feel they are in love and the next thing on the table is sex. So without having any substantive conversation on the matter of whether there is one bitter ex either one of them may still be fucking or whether they are in to enjoy each other under the sheets, they join the many who have single handedly landed themselves heartbreaks.
If someone had told me such ideas still existed, I would have hooted the person a liar ; until I became a first hand witness to this soul wrenching ordeal, I was delusional enough believe people are more humane now.
So a friend called me literally wailing her hearts as if a parent had just passed on only for her to tell me her boyfriend of about 7 months has gotten someone pregnant and almost walking the aisle with her.
And this was no casual relationship, it was one that was believed to end in marriage as the guy had mentioned going to see her parents— how he mistakenly ended in the pussy of another female is incomprehensible.
Even without boring my cherished readers with the details, nothing in my opinion can justify such callousness as he was still with her as at the time of all these happenings.
As if I  had not have enough of the nonsense. Another friend of mine is in a much worse situation that hearing about what she has to endure each passing day left me grief stricken.
Her boyfriend who has been opening fire had the effrontery to send her an invitation to his wedding. Tell me if this is no slit my throat with a knife kind of pain. I mean how can you choose human emotions to play with when there are all sorts of things that can do a much better job?
And these self decorated beast living in the 2nd century all professed their undying love for my friends.
Perhaps my friends were not good enough, they may have done one thing or the other to provoke this outcome but even still no justification can be drawn. I have had my fair share of the heartbreaks and the crying softly at night till my splits with ear to ear headache— only I can imagine what I went through hearing my friends spew their woes.
In as much as we may see it as disrespecfult if someone approaches us with an out right proposal of wanting nothing but a simple unadulterated sex, it saves us a lot of trouble, honestly.
The fact still remains the same though, as a lot of us are in this kind of relationships thinking that we are in love.
Everything has been made ugly and flawed so much so that , you inadvertently put yourself in harms way if you decide to bag emotions on your head.
So you think you are the only one that dude is seeing, and he thinks he is the only one you are fucking when the rippling truth is both parties have another side chicks and boo’s — with them having other people they serve sexually as well.
The chain is just endless and infinite yet once you tell anyone you are not in for the sweet talks, they tag you names.
Why won’t these man use the golden approach then when it is obviously yielding them good earnings.
If wishes were horses, I would wish for a lot of people to be just like me. No reasonable person would opt for coffee when they want tea so why choose love when you know all you ever wanted is just sex.
To think that they add marriage to the list, in this age where sex is relatively cheap.
A lot of women, including myself are not looking for rings to cuff our fingers with or love — some of us are just looking for fine dicks to fuck, that is it!
