Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has joined the unenviable list of Ghanaian players in Europe whose homes have been raided by thieves.
The 26 year old is currently with the Stars team in the country preparing for the opening world cup qualifier against Uganda in Tamale Friday; but back in Italy his home has been hit by thieves.
Reports indicate the gang of thieves broke into the star’s Udine home Monday night, although the extent of what, if anything, was taken is quite unclear for now.
”I was called yesterday and told about the burglary attacks but I can’t say how much has been lost. My friend told me they took nothing from his room and so I will be the best person to determine,” the box to box midfielder told local site Ghanasoccernet.
His club have reported the incident to police for investigations to be carried out.
