The NPP’s manifesto launch is being held currently and the party’s flagbearer is delivering his message of hope and prosperity to Ghanaians at the Trade Fair Centre in La, Accra.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Add0 says the battle in the upcoming elections is one for the Lord, who would lead the party to victory despite their financial inferiority against the incumbent NDC.
Writing on social media, Nana Addo listed off the ways the NDC has more resources than the NPP, but concluded that the Lord would lead them to victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, the battle is the Lord’s.
They have more money than us, but the battle is the Lord’s.
They have more outboard motors, more roofing sheets, more laptops, more sewing machines to give away, but the battle is the Lord’s.
They have more giant-sized billboards than us, but the battle is the Lord’s.
In truth, however, fellow Ghanaians, we are many and they are few and the battle remains the Lord’s.

The only problem I see here is that President Mahama also claims the Lord is firmly in his corner.
