PPP flagbearer Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom continues to make a big stink out of his disqualification from this year’s elections alongside 11 other Presidential aspirants.
His latest claims against EC Chair Charlotte Osei is that she did not apply the rules uniformly in disqualifying candidates, alleging that if she did that – both the NDC and NPP candidates would have been disqualified.
Nduom, speaking on Joy Fm Thursday, said that neither John Mahama nor Nana Akuffo-Addo had declared their assets with the EC as the law requires, meaning they should also have been disqualified from the contest.
He said he declared his assets as required, but he has been disqualified while the two defaulters are allowed to compete.
In response, spokespersons for both parties said that Nduom is welcome to go to court if he so desired.
