Dr Bawumia’s wife Samira is on fire with barbed attack after barbed attack aimed at the ruling NDC, and she’s frankly showing no signs of stopping anytime soon.
Samira started her attacks last week, speaking about the lack of portable water in the President’s hometown of Bole Bamboi. A furious Mahama hit back with the accusation that Samira lacks ‘technical’ knowledge and mocked her saying ‘she can’t think far’.
She didn’t sit back, of course, hitting back at the President, and she has thrown more barbs his way during another recent campaign stop in Tema.
Samira, who has saccused the President of insensitivity and arrogance, said at the rally that the NDC are using unlimited resources to place giant billboards all accross the country whilst the economy is left in tatters and Ghanaians encounter hardship.
“We are saying to the NDC that we see you alright” Samira said, referring to the visibility being bought with all those billboards.
“…You want us to see you, we see you but we see incompetence, we see you but we see corruption, we see you but we see bad management, we see you but we see bad governance, we see you but we want change, we see you but we want Ghana to move forward…” she jabbed.
“[We need] an incorruptible leader, we need a competent leader, we need a selfless leader, we need a visionary leader, a leader with good judgment and a leader who loves the country [more] than he loves his pockets.” Bawumia added in what was her most damning attack of the campaign season so far.
