The indiscriminate covering of a baby’s face with tribal marks all in the name of culture is something no one can be happy about.
Nollywood actress, Omotola Ekeinde says she is not going to let this one slide without her adding her voice to advocate against such marred practise.
“I support a Bill against this practice,” Omotola said, “Like female mutilation, or child marriage, No permanent/life impairing decision should be taken on behalf of a child.
This barbaric act must stop,” Dino Melaye had said. “Support me to sponsor a bill to stop this outrageous wickedness. National identity card is enough.”
