Former Attorney General and famed citizen vigilante Martin Amidu won a landmark victory at the Supreme Court in his case against the state and Alfred Agbesi Woyome Wednesday.
The Court ruled that Amidu can orally examine the businessman under oath before the court to attempt to divulge how the Ghc 51.2m judgement debt that he won was wasted by him.
The state and Woyome’s lawyers tried to quash Amidu’s motion but the court ruled in his favour and the businessman would be cross examined by Mr Amidu on November 24.
Woyome, who has since railed continuously against the decision, claims he is being persecuted by the court.
