President John Dramani Mahama has described his performance in office, especially as relates to the developments carried all across the country, as unparalleled in the history of Ghana.
The President was speaking to the Dorimon Naa at his palace in the Wa West constituency when he passed his comments.
According to him, his government had made sure to carry out developmental projects all across the country, adding that puts his administration in a bracket no other administration reaches.
“I’m your son. I was sent to do a job [and] I have come back to report to you that I have done that job satisfactorily for the people of Ghana.” he told the Chief. “From the period that I was sworn in as president, we have done a lot of work to improve the lives of all people in all districts of the country,”
The President thus called for the NDC to be retained to continue that explosive pace of development.
“There is a lot of work to be done here in Ghana; a lot of developmental projects to carry out—but if you look at what we have done within this four years then you can be sure that in the next four years we will do even more.”
According to him, the change being promised by the NPP is unnecessary, as his government is already providing that change.
