Ghanaian actress-Jessica Williams has dished out punches to the various Ghanaian celebrities aggressively campaigning for the NDC and President John Mahama–saying, they are all stomach politicians.
According to Jessica who spoke to Graphic Showbiz, John Dumelo, Mzbel, Mr.Beautiful, Tracey Boakye, Abeiku Santana, Bull Dog and the others chanting ‘JM Toaso’ are all doing this because of their stomachs and not that they really care about the general welfare of Ghanaians.
She said among other things that, all these celebrities supporting NDC know that the country is stagnant, nothing is working for the good of the masses in Ghana–and yet, they’ve rallied behind an incompetent government just to fill their bellies.
Jessica added that she does not belong to any political party but as a Ghanaian, she is aware that NDC has failed to provide for the people. She also said an NDC bigwig contacted her a few months ago, asking her to endorse the NDC in return for financial gains–something she failed to do because of her conscience and desire to see Ghana become better.
Ms. Williams has featured in movies such as Prince Sam, Mysterious Girls, Mabre Agu, Lil Win and Bukom–and has appeared in the following TV series; The Storm, Escapade, Living With Trisha and Charade.
