Listen to the two of them from far apart and it is going to be very difficult to tell, but opposition leader Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo says he is friends with the President, John Dramani Mahama.
Nana Addo gave an interview on Peace Fm earlier today and at a point, the question of his relationship with President Mahama came up.
According to Nana Addo, despite the political acrimony, the two are friends.
“Mahama is my friend. We were all in parliament together for the same period,” he told the Chairman General, Kwame Sefa Kayi.
Speaking on, Nana Addo added that the President has run the country to ground, and he does not even know it.
“Our roads are bad. The president is campaigning with helicopter, but I campaign by road and, so, I know the conditions of roads in the country,” he added.
