The NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo has expressed gratitude to five Presidential candidates who have all congratulated him on winning the 2016 elections even though final official results are not yet in.
Tallying of the results so far seem to indicate a lead for Nana Addo, but with the EC delaying in declaring results it’s difficult to categorically declare anyone the victor.
But Nana Addo has been fielding congratulatory messages from his fellow Presidential candidates all day, starting with the PNC’s Dr Edward Mahama. He has apparently, since then, received congratulations from Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings , Mr. Jacob Osei Yeboah and Ivor Greenstreet.
Taking to social media, Nana Addo thanked all of them for congratulating him on his victory.

The EC are still collating and verifying results but for the candidates, Nana Addo seem to have already been crowned.
