President John Dramani Mahama has paid a visit to the victims of the Trade Fair gas station explosion who are being treated for varying degrees of burns at the 37 Military Hospital.
Several people sustained various degrees of injuries Thursday when the Glory Oil Gas station near the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre in Labadi exploded, killing at least nine people.
As many as 42 people were injured, with 27 at the 37 Military Hospital. The President expressed his concern at the situation and commiserated with the injured.
The rest of the injured are spread between the La General Hospital, the Police Hospital and the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
