A short clip doing the rounds on social media of a lady trying desperately pronounce the word ‘apologise’ should brighten up your day instantly no matter what.
We all know the Queen’s language is not our native language but some mistakes are just too funny to pass up on.
The clip is too short to know exactly what she was talking about, but considering the talk of town the past two days has been the Akufo-Addo plagiarism scandal, and considering the speechwriting team have ‘apologised’ for the issue – that is most likely what she was talking about.
If that is the case – someone should direct her to Akufo-Addo’s office to receive some kudos for her dedication but in the meantime – someone help her pronounce the word, for God’s sake!
