Lamar Odom has stated he wants his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian back in an explosive new interview.

The former basketball player’s divorce from his reality star spouse was finalised last December (16). It had originally been delayed following Lamar’s overdose in a Las Vegas brothel in October, 2015, after which Khloe put a hold on proceedings in order to care for her ex and help him in his recovery.

Khloe has since moved on with her life, and is in a relationship with basketball player Tristan Thompson, but her idyllic romance isn’t putting Lamar off hoping for a reconciliation with his former wife in the future.

The 37-year-old made the admission during a promo for his interview on The Doctors, after host Dr. Travis Stork asks him: “Going forward, when you look at your life ahead of you, what are you looking forward to?”

Pausing briefly, Lamar then answers: “Umm, honestly, I want my wife back.”
