Former president, John Dramani Mahama has obviously lost the highest seat in the country but what he did not lose is a wife, a friend, a shield and a home.

It feels like the former first couple fall in love with each other everyday, the spice has been massively bagged for as long as we can remember.

Taking to her Twitter account, the former first lady sent some soothing words to her hubby of forever and we were so touched to ignore.
