Francis Addo, an entertainment journalist and personal friend of Ghanaian actress and producer Yvonne Nelson, has published on Ghanareporter.com the news of the death of the father of the actress.

He died on Monday according to sources.

“Yvonne has confirmed the sad news early Tuesday but didn’t give further details,”he said.

The popular actress has not been that close to her father while growing up, and has always maintained that her mother took the  father space in her life.
