Veteran Ghanaian gospel group The Daughters of Glorious Jesus have distanced themselves from a widely circulated whatsapp audio purportedly from one of them warning of the rapture.
The audio, which has gone viral on the messaging app, shared across groups, claims that one of the trio had a dream in which they had a message from God that the rapture is imminent, and that they have been instructed to share it as widely as possible.
But speaking in an interview on Rainbow Fm, the group said none of them had that revelation or sent out that audio. They said whilst they believed in the rapture, they weren’t responsible for this particular audio.
