The Black Stars of Ghana broke Ghanaians hearts Thursday night as they lost to the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the semi finals of the 2017 African Cup of Nations.

Not that heartbreak from this team is anything new, but the loss did sting anyway as Ghanaians had just started to believe in this team once again.

Luckily for Ghanaians, we usually find humour even in the worst situations, and last night was no different. Ghanaians took to social media to make the best jokes they could just as a way to deal with the loss.

Of course, Razak Brimah was the favourite target – the goalkeeper dissed Ghanaians after the DRC game and after his limp performance last night, this was Ghanaian’s time to hit back at him.
