Somebody should tell that girl God doesn’t play football.
Yvonne Nelson claims the Black Stars Thursday night loss to Cameroon in the Afcon semis occurred because the players use ‘juju’ too much and that made God angry.
Yvonne posted a video from Archipelago on Instagram this morning in which he was complaining about the lack of communication between Brimah and Boye which caused the first goal. But Yvonne went one step better and claimed ‘juju’ also contributed to the loss because it presumably angered God.
“…the JUJU is tooooooo much…. was thinking about this the other day, how will our prayers even work when there’s plenty VOODOO ish going on, come on…..God hates it!!!!!” she wrote.
So Yvonne apparently thinks God listens to prayers in relation to football and can choose who wins or loses games? He really hasn’t solved world peace or world hunger but he presumably would have totally let Ghana win the African Cup if Brimah just didn’t bring that spiderman to his goalside.
Makes total sense….
