…And the plot thickens..

The prevailing theory over what caused the death of the MP’s daughter who schools at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has ‘evolved’ – with the latest reprots pointing towards a broken heart situation.

Initially, it was reported that  Adwoa Agyarkwa Ayimadu-Antwi committed suicide over some failed papers in school, but later reports showed she passed all her exams.

 Some students at the school spoke to mynewsgh and claim the issue was actually over a boy.

They said the gentleman in question had started dating another girl and she had gotten depressed over the issue. She had reportedly assisted the boyfriend financially and his leaving her really affected her.

“It all started from this semester and we came in as friends to settle the misunderstanding between her and the ex-lover. She was depressed all the time that her “guy” is dating another student on campus and she felt so worried because we all know how she used to assist this guy.” a friend told the reporter.

“We advised our roommate to forget everything since it does happen to us all but I don’t think she took our advice.” she added.

Adwoa Agyarkwa Anyimadu- Antwi, 18, was the daughter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Asante Akyem central constituency – Kwame Anyimadu-Antwi.
