In Ghana, it seems you have not ‘arrived’ as a public figure until you have been prematurely killed.
Ghanaian gospel singer Sonnie Badu was hospitalised in Australia over the weekend, but most certainly did not die.
His Instagram page posted a photo of Badu in hospital Sunday and called for prayers for him, indicating he had a serious condition.

Not long after, reports started circulating that Badu was dead, which has now been denied by the singer himself.
