E.C Chair, Charlotte Osei has once again surfaced in the news and this time it’s not about elections but dishing out some “major keys” to her success so far as EC Boss amidst all the criticisms.

Charlotte Osei added to her reputation, a cherished resilience and diligence she exhibited before, during and after the fiercely contested 2016 general elections.

By her duties, she attracted dislike from a range of people who assassinated her personality with unkind words. APC failed Presidential candidate, Hassan Ayariga once described her as a “disgrace to womanhood” whilst Hon. Kennedy Agyapong is also on record for saying Charlotte got her job under the spell of sexual favour and not competence.

In an interview on Gh One Tv with Nana Aba Anamoah, the E.C Boss says her focus deprives her of worrying over negatives comments and people who perpetrate such unkind feelings towards her rather draw her closer to God.

“You just need to focus on the assignment and where you draw your strength from, you need to have good people around you who will support you…and you need the haters as well because the haters will draw you closer to God…I don’t know my haters and I am not sure I care.” She said.

The E.C Boss also talked about how the bible influences her life and work. She added that “I get a lot of inspiration from the Bible and I don’t know of anyone in the Bible that God ever gave an assignment and it was easy…there are going to be obstacles and those obstacles build you up.”
