Tonto Dikeh Trashed Husband’s Trasaaco House And Pulled Gun On His Bodyguard – Ghana Police Official Says + Denies Dikeh’s Claim She Was Beaten By Her Husband

Tonto Dikeh broke down in tears in a recent interview recounting the domestic violence she suffered during her marriage to ex-husband Oladunni Churchill. Dikeh recounted one particular time in Ghana where she said her husband beat her and she had to seek refuge at the Nigerian High Commission in Ghana.

Crime officer at the Madina Divisional Polic Command, Superitendent Joseph Oppong, has contradicted these version of events, according to Asempa News. The incident occurred in June 2015 and he claims Churchill was not even around at the time.

Narrating what happened, Supt Oppong said they received a call to Churchill’s Trasaaco estate on that fateful night, where they went in to find Tonto Dikeh in a rage, destroying items in the house because she claimed her husband was cheating on her, according to Asempa.

Oppong said before they even arrived, she had destroyed $15,000 worth of items and they had to restrain her – she had even waved a gun at one of Churchill’s bodyguards who tried to stop her from breaking the properties.

The officer said witnesses told him Dikeh was drunk as she had been seen with a bottle of vodka earlier.

She was arrested, before the case was reported to the High Commission who recommended a ‘home’ solution without involving the police. Churchill subsequently had all charges against her dropped.

Dikeh recently separated from her husband, claiming she suffered domestic abuse, and that he cheated on her constantly. As this media war goes on we can expect more contradictory accounts from both parties over what actually broke their marriage so badly.
