Pureflix, makers of the hit Christian movies ‘God’s Not Dead’ and ‘God’s Not Dead 2’, have a third instalment in the works – and it seems we already have a release date.

According to IMDB, the world’s largest movie database, ‘God’s Not Dead 3’ would drop on March 30, 2018.

The franchise began in 2014 with ‘God’s Not Dead’ – a movie about an atheist professor who converted to Christianity whilst dying after a car accident.

Part 2 came out last year, this time dealing with a Christian high school teacher who mentioned ‘Jesus’ in class and all of a sudden, faced losing her job for breaching separation of church and state laws. Her trial was used by her lawyer to prove the existence of Jesus, in court.

Part 3 would reportedly be about a pastor whose sermons were seized by the government as part of a lawsuit.

The movies have been immensely popular in deeply Christian Ghana, and undoubtedly many would be waiting with bated breath for the third instalment.
